Omni to Activate Vacant Lot During Chicago Architecture Biennial
This project transforms a 21-foot setback of a 1-acre vacant lot, just north of Omni’s headquarters and across the street from Bronzeville Classical School, into an immersive rewilding landscape. This creates a natural space for communal respite, relaxation and gathering, and provides habitat for native pollinators.
800 Fulton, Raising the Standard for Work Environments
With nine private, lush green terraces including native planting and trees, a penthouse lounge and roof deck, and an abundance of greenery throughout, 800 Fulton adds texture to this already vibrant and bustling neighborhood, and provides a healthy office experience for all.
