800 Fulton is a striking Class A office building marking the gateway to one of Chicago's most dynamic neighborhoods. With nine private, lush green terraces including native planting and trees, a penthouse lounge and roof deck, and an abundance of greenery throughout, 800 Fulton adds texture to this already vibrant and bustling neighborhood, and provides a healthy office experience for all.

The unique stepped design of the structure creates multiple setbacks on the building’s façade, serving the dual purpose of accommodating Chicago’s occasionally extreme climate and creating relaxing green space. The terraces and communal decks also provide breathtaking views of the Chicago skyline and vibrant amenity space that enables tenants to be closer to nature and the outdoors at several levels.
