Omni GEO™
The base of Omni Infinity Media®
GEO™ is the geologic substrate of Omni Infinity Media — a specifically-graded mineral aggregate designed to support root growth, manage stormwater, and maintain long-term soil structure. Comprising more than 95% of the effective soil volume, GEO provides the physical framework that enables resilient, high-performing landscapes both on-structure and at-grade.
Key Benefits
Exceptional stormwater performance: High porosity supports superior water retention and infiltration.
Healthy rooting environment: Provides stable structure and oxygen availability for roots.
Long-lasting structure: Maintains pore space and permeability over time.
Sterile Material: Free of weeds, pests & diseases.
Neutral pH: 6.9 average.
Lightweight: Reduces structural load and expands design possibilities.
Easy to handle & install: Ultra-light dry weight simplifies shipping, installation, and logistics.
Product Details
Material: Specifically-graded lightweight mineral aggregate
Saturated density: 33.3 – 43.8 lbs/ft³ GEO
Installation depth: 3 inches to 6+ feet
Packaging: 4-ft³ bags & 64-ft³ supersacks
Function: Hydrological soil substrate
Built for Performance
GEO combines ultra-light weight with exceptional porosity to create an optimal rooting environment. Even when saturated, GEO weighs only 33-44 pounds per cubic foot, making it ideal for applications where weight matters. Its high and enduring pore space allows GEO to manage more than 3x the stormwater volume of typical prepared soils while maintaining excellent permeability over time.
Exceptional pore space keeps improving.
81.7% average pore space as delivered
86.4% average total pore space after 10 years in situ
High hydraulic conductivity endures.
