Alita earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, cum laude, from Smith College. This quote from Alvin Toffler is her personal mantra: β€œIn the 21st century, literacy is not so much a matter of who can read or write, but rather who can learn, unlearn and relearn.” She strongly believes that people, whether they are leaders of others or solely leading themselves, can only thrive if they keep learning and stay agile.
